La colección de postales, en su mayoría, fue parte de la colección que perteneció al fotógrafo Osvaldo García, autor del libro: Fotografías para la historia de Puerto Rico, 1844-1952. La colección cuenta con un total de 50 postales de Cuba, 12 de República Dominicana y 699 de Puerto Rico, para un total de 761 postales.
